The Blue Eye Tang, also commonly referred to as the Two Spot Bristletooth Tang, is an overall brown-orange tang speckled with small light-blue spots, striking deep-blue eyes, twin spots on the anal and dorsal fins, and a yellow tail.
Care
Blue Eye Tangs grow fairly large for a bristletooth tang at 8", and should be kept in an aquarium of 70 gallons or more. They're considered semi aggressive, and shouldn't be kept with other tangs of the same or similar species. Like most tangs, it's important to provide them with plenty of open swimming room as well as plenty of rock for them to hide in and graze upon.
Diet
Blye Eye Tangs, like most tangs, will thrive on a diet of frozen and prepared foods, but should also be supplied with plenty of rock for algae grazing as well as supplemental nori algae sheets.
